Wholesale buyer guide: choosing automotive LED headlights by H4/H7/H11 base

For distributors and importers: how base, thermal design, beam pattern and lead time decide H4/H7/H11 automotive LED headlight wholesale selection.

In automotive LED headlight wholesale, base type often decides sellability more than peak lumen claims. H4 is typically dual-beam, H7/H11 are common low-beam bases on EU/JP platforms, while 9005/9012 appear on many NA/Asia vehicles. Evaluate four dimensions: 1) Base and housing space — need fanless 1:1 size (e.g. M6X) or accept fan/external driver (e.g. K2, M8S); 2) Thermal design and sustained brightness — usable output after continuous operation beats marketing peaks; 3) Beam pattern and return risk — projector/matrix lines (e.g. T08) fit markets that care about cut-off; 4) Lead time, warranty and compliance markets — typical 5–45 day lead time and order-defined warranty; state certification needs in RFQ. SeaPeak supplies headlights, Bi-LED projectors and signal bulbs for B2B buyers without a public factory price list. Share bases, volume, LHD/RHD and target markets via RFQ for selection and lead-time guidance.
