This policy applies to personal and business contact information processed by SeaPeak® (Hainan SeaPeak Trading Co., Ltd. and the seapeak.asia website) in B2B showcase and RFQ contexts. This site is intended for business customers and trade partners, not for children.

When you submit an RFQ or contact us, we may collect: name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, country/region, product models and quantities, message content, and basic technical logs needed for security (e.g. access time, IP, browser type). We do not request ID documents for ordinary RFQ inquiries.

We use information to: respond to RFQs and business communications, assess order feasibility and lead time, provide product/technical materials, improve site experience and security, and meet legal requirements. We do not publish your RFQ content on the public website.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with fulfillment parties (e.g. factory partners, logistics carriers, payment channels, or professional advisors), limited to agreed purposes. Data may be processed in or outside China depending on infrastructure and partners; we take reasonable measures to protect it.

RFQ and communication records are retained for as long as needed for business and compliance, then deleted or anonymized. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse; no internet transmission is absolutely secure.

Where applicable law allows, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your contact information, or withdraw marketing consent (without affecting existing contractual performance).
