← PoliciesLast updated: 2026-07-21

Scope

This policy describes general shipping arrangements for SeaPeak automotive LED wholesale business. Specific lead times, Incoterms (e.g. EXW/FOB/CIF), freight, and insurance are governed by written quotations, proforma invoices, or sales contracts. If conflict exists, the order terms prevail.

Lead time

Typical lead time is about 5–45 days depending on model, quantity, customization (OEM/ODM), stock, and production schedule. State rush needs in your RFQ for assessment. Lead time generally starts after order confirmation, receipt of deposit/agreed payment, and specification freeze (per order terms).

Shipping methods

Orders may ship by international courier, air freight, sea freight, or customer-nominated forwarder pickup. We may recommend carriers but do not guarantee third-party transit times. Remote areas, peak seasons, and customs inspections may cause delays.

Packaging and labeling

Products use export-ready standard packaging. Neutral packing, private labels, barcodes, or special outer marks must be confirmed in writing before order. Damage from improper unpacking or secondary transit is assessed under Incoterms and carrier records.

Risk and title

Risk of loss/damage transfers according to the agreed Incoterm. Title usually passes after full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please check carton count and packaging on receipt; photograph damage and notify the carrier and us promptly.

Customs and duties

Import duties, VAT, permits, and clearance requirements in the destination country are generally the buyer’s responsibility (unless DDP or similar is agreed). Inform us of target-market regulations and certification needs so we can support with commercial invoices, packing lists, and available compliance documents.

Force majeure and contact

Delays caused by force majeure or events beyond reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, epidemics, war, port congestion, regulatory controls, carrier outages) will be handled by good-faith rescheduling; punitive liability is excluded except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
